Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders in our ready to ship collection will ship within 1-3 days. Made to order items may take 2-7 days to ship depending on the season. Have a question about when your item will arrive? Shoot us a message and we can give you an estimate of delivery:

All items are shipped via USPS first class or priority mail. You may upgrade shipping in the cart if needed quicker. 


No refunds will be given for items that show as delivered. Please triple check your address to make sure it is correct. If for some reason your item has not shown up, and tracking shows it is delivered please contact USPS. Once we ship an item, it is in USPS hands and not ours.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

International orders are sent with insurance- if an item is lost in transit we will file a claim on the package as soon as we are able to do so. This can take up to 40 business days to complete. We will refund after the insurance claim completes. 

Return & Exchange Policy

You may return your item for the full amount paid as long as it is unworn and in brand new condition for resale.

We will not be able to refund the initial shipping cost of the order, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once item is received, we will refund the initial amount costs, as long as the items are unworn and in brand new condition.

Please contact me and ship them back within 1 week of your purchase being delivered. After 1 week each case will be considered on an individual basis.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
